Goddard College transcripts cost $10.00 per copy whether official or unofficial and whether mailed or sent by email. Additional expedited shipping fees may apply. Students requesting their transcript for the first time receive a complementary unofficial copy of their transcript.
All requests for transcripts must be submitted by mailing a completed transcript request form or by submitting an electronic transcript request form. Individuals without a valid U.S. Social Security number must use the paper form. Mailed requests must include payment (check, money order or call the Office of the Registrar to make credit card payment by phone).
Transcripts cannot be released if you have outstanding financial obligations to the college, have incomplete academic paperwork or have provided incomplete delivery information. Office of the Registrar staff will make a reasonable attempt to contact you by telephone and/or email to inform you of the specific nature of a transcript hold. If, after three business days, you have not replied to the college, an email or letter will be sent informing you of the hold and returning any form of payment submitted.
Transcript requests are processed in the order in which they are received. Standard processing time is up to 15 business days after financial clearance is obtained.
Expedited processing is not available. You can request and pay an additional fee for express delivery of your transcript via Federal Express. This service expedites mailing time, not processing time. This service is available Monday through Frida
A receipt confirming a transcript request has been processed will be sent to the email address included on the request form.
